Adding a Form or Questionnaire

You can use your LinkPeak to find out more about your fan's opinions and interests.
Through forms and questionnaires you can collect data on what matters most to your audience.
To do this, you need to create the survey on another platform first.
There are plenty of free and premium survey platforms to choose from: Google Forms, JotForm, Wufoo and Typeform.
How to add your from in LinkPeak:
1. Login to your LinkPeak admin here
2. On your Dashboard, click on the link where you want to add the form.
(If you don't have one yet, find out how to create it here)
3. Click on 'Add New Button'
4. From the drop down list, choose 'Empty Button'
5. In the 'TITLE' field type in the name you wish your button to have (eg. 'Fill in a survey')
6. Copy the link to the form from whichever platform you used.
7. Paste the link to the form in the 'LINK' field
Where do survey responses go?
When your followers complete the form, the answers go directly into the platform you used to create the survey (i.e. Google Forms, JotForm, Wufoo, Typeform, or other). If you cannot locate the survey answers, you need to contact the survey platform you used.
LinkPeak does not store any responses to your forms, surveys or questionnaires.
